I have 15+ years experience and live within 10 miles of the Germantown Area. I have a ton of references but one in particular that you might be interested in from a man who moved her from Northern California. He lived her about 8 years then moved to Pennsylvania due to job transfer. He can share a story with you as to why it's important to work with a Realtor who knows the markets. To people coming from California pretty much everything we have will look like a "deal" because you can buy so much more here square footage wise for your money compared to California. That isn't the reality of it though. You must know the markets and have a professional person on your side. Call me if your interested in knowing more and I will share the story with you.

It is amazing how many California buyers are starting to learn that if they buy in the Memphis area, they can buy 4-5 homes for the price they would spend on just one in California. It seems that ever Australia has found out about the value of homes here in TN. I am extremely confortable dealing with some one from another state as I am with someone right here in the imediate area.
