Consider the Platinum or the Signature for the best bang for your buck.

HOA fees relative to the size of the unit and your budget. They vary depending on the property.
You'll pay HOA, insurance, taxes,

The other units are priced higher, higher HOA and not quite as good bang for your buck.

Hello Ashok,
I specialize in the vertical high-rise market. All condo-hotel products are cash only. The most popular in Las Vegas are MGM Signature, Palms Place, and Trump Tower. The prices right now are very good. The challenge is multiple offers from buyers on individual units is quite common. HOAs are roughly 500 per month on Studios and 1000 on one-bedrooms. As I said, roughly. They cover utilites except power, security, concierge, pool, spa, business center, etc. Property taxes are about 1% of sales price. It woudl be my pleasure to assist you.

Hi Ashok,

I have looked up several properties that fit what you described above, and need your email address to send you a like to view them and narrow down from there. There are many different floor plans at each property, and so we will need to focus your search a bit more. Prices range from about 100K all the way up to 3M+. There are some great deals out there and the properties I pulled will have the HOA fees, maintenance fees, and property tax listed.

Please email me so I can reply with the properties. Thank you!
