Lease to own is dangerous. You make payments to seller and seller doesn't pay mortgage your out all that money. Just be careful, but they are also hard to find.

Good luck

I would focus on leasing now and work on your credit. Don't put the cart before the horse. Find a good lender who will work with you and a good agent to help you find a place. Depending on your credit problems you may be able to buy in as little as a year. The first thing is to get help and know and understand where your credit is going. That is the only way you will know you are moving it in the right direction.

Best of luck to you.

Hi Cwebb613,

Depends on your credit score. It can be hard to find a home to lease just depends on your score.

It will depends on your rental history and years in your work field as well. The best bet you have is just to lease while you repair your credit.

I can introduce you a lender to give you help. You can email me at for her info.
