Looking for an EXPERT agent, who has extensive knowledge on HUD, REO, or DISTRESSED in Rockwall area ONLY.
I've worked with several agents within a year but got disappointed by the service and knowledge they provided. I'm looking for a bargain. I know I'll get a lot of solicit when I post this. Please, do not bother to reply if you are not the expert on all the details of the housing market and do not have patience to work with me. I do not want to rush in to buy. I am open to any possibilities. However, I do have some basic requirements (#1.Rockwall, #2.Heath, South facing, NO swimming pool, built after 1998). Looking for bargain of at leas 30-40k. If I can get a bargain under 100k for 2500 to 3000 sq. ft. house, no financing would be necessary.

Not only is Mitchell a good Agent he is also an investor who started the Rockwall Real Estate Investment Club. Mitchell and his Father have also build and rehabbed many homes. He is a very knowledgeable person in these aspects.
You should possibly check out the RREI Club as they have twice monthly meetings, one for residential and one for commercial properties. They have a very good base of speakers that come in and provide many good presentations. Also unlike many other area clubs this one is FREE to attend.

There are 21 homes that are HUD/REO in Rockwall and Heath build in 1998 or after with at least 2500SF. None however are priced anywhere close to 100K. Cheapest is 144K.
