You have posted these questions several times, I doubt there is anyone on this site that will work for you and then give you THEIR commission. Do you receive income? Do you give half of it back to the entity paying it out? And what part of YOU DON"T PAY ANY OF THE COMMISSION is not clear? The commission aspect of the whole transaction should be the least of your problems; make sure the agent is NEGOTIATING the best deal for you!!!!!!!
If you pay $7 to go see a movie do you ask the producer for $3.50 back?

While I find this group interesting I have the following questions,
1. How much money they spend on marketing a home they list?
2. How about error and omission insurance in case there is lawsuit involved. Does their insurance protect their clients?
Their business model is based on number of transactions they close and not in prospecting. I still consider myself prospecting even while I am showing my 68th homes to my buyer. Shorter prospecting to me means less service. Or do they mean something else??Prospecting involves time and money. Specially in this market that requires agents to place several offers on shortsales before one works.

Essentially, the models encourage the use of technology for the buyer to use to find properties in place of the agent doing the leg work for you.
