Looking for a 1yr lease on a home close to the ocean, maybe a few blocks away
with golf/spa/restaurants close by with my brother and his wife to use as a 2nd home throughout the year. Any ideas on where to look. Rental to $3k/mo is ok

If you're interested in Fort Lauderdale, I have a beautiful, 1 BR guest house for around $1,000. I also have a 2/1 with furnished, plus one car garage that might work well for $1400. Both are updated, very inviting, tropical landscaping. All biking distance to beach near tons of restaurants, the Galleria, the Intracoastal and other fun. If they like, they could actually lease both for $2400 and have plenty of room for guests in their own private guest house. That price would include all utilities, water, trash pick-up and landscaping. It's a beautiful spot in a nice neighborhood - just finished renovations.
