Looking for a unit on Hudson for under $420k

I already looked at 1314 Hudson and I don't like it, so anything else out there? Anyone can make it happen?

JV,
Hudson is prime location for Hoboken so it will be difficult to find a nice unit in the lower price range. There are only two active units right now on the MLS for under $420K. The one you've already seen and another 1 br in a brownstone. You don't indicate what size unit you're looking for. If you'd like to contact me directly I'd be happy to help you.
