Hi Serious buyer,
What other factors would you like to include in your search besides the proximity to the city (number of bed/bath, schools etc...) ? Also, 30 min by car or public transportation? What is your price range?

I would suggest to look into South Orange and Maplewood, short commute to NYC (25-35) min to Penn Station.
