Hello, we are looking to sell our home near Mt. Airy in the next couple of years. It fits most of your description. it was built in 2003;full basement also PLUS 12 acres. it is quiet here and nice. good top ranking schools and good neighbors you can't find anywhere else. we are looking at moving closer to family in eastern part or south carolina. our price will be a little higher but well worth it .
we are going to probably sale ourselves. have dealt with a great lawyer before with sales.

You cannot go wrong with either area, I prefer matthews myself, just for a smaller town feel. I know a couple of realtors that can assist you, if your intersted let me know, good luck in finding your dream home

You can search the type of home that you want on many different websites and on many agent's websites can set up a tracking so that new listings that fit your criteria will automatically be sent to you each day. You say that you want either Matthews or Ballantyne area. Do you want to be in Mecklenburg County or are you also interested in the edges of Union County where the taxes are less? Who large a home in square footage would you prefer. Do you prefer a 2-story, ranch or some other configuration? On my website and many other agent websites, you can search are 3 and 4 for Matthews (MEcklenburg Co.) or you can search for "Matthews" by town and get all Matthews addresses. For the Ballantyne area in Mecklenburg County, you will need to search area 5 for most of it.

If you go to my website athttp:// www.RichProperties.net, you can do an advanced search. Be as specific as it will allow to narrow down the number of properties. If you want to mention extra features that you would like in your new home, I can email you more specific results.
