I am a homeowner in the Stonecrest development (zip 91387) off Soledad Canyon Road on I-14. The area is refer to as Canyon Country but the City of Santa Clarita incorporated us last year so our city services are even better than before. It is two off-ramps from Via Princessa and is a very short commute to metrolink. If the freeway has heavy traffic (after checking sigalert.com) just take the streets for 10-15minutes. Stonecrest is a very quiet, secluded place to live and can easily meet your price requirements. My husband and I moved here from Burbank six years ago and love it here !
