Looking for a residential income investment property with go zone benefits- anyone have anything interesting?

inland enough to avoid crazy insurance premiums. year round tenant preferred. would also need property mgmt services.

I don't know if you've received a satisfactory answer to your question already, however, if you're still looking, you can have the best of both worlds...proximity to the coast with reasonable insurance premiums.
