Looking for a residential income investment property with go zone benefits- anyone have anything interesting?

Would prefer year round tenant to vacationers. Would prefer inland enough to not pay ultra high insurance premiums.

I have bought multi unit property here in the GO ZONE. I went solo with no agent. Attorneys handle the closing and paperwork and most properties have signs. Get on your negotiating hat and jump on in. Just don't try to buy what I'm looking at. LOL Welcome to the Coast.

There are numerous GO ZONE properties available in Biloxi/Gulfport/Ocean Springs. I would be glad to email you some listings, please provide me with your email address (amyolier72@yahoo.com).

Insurance is not as bad as it seems. Wind/hail insurance will be reduced, starting June 1, by 8%-10%. For the cheapest insurance is north of I-10, however, south of I-10 and North of the Railroad Track is just slightly higher.

We have a strong rental market on the coast, possible look for investment properties with rents already in place.

Let me know if I can help.

Thank you,

There are several GO ZONE opportunities in some of the most desirable areas of Rankin County available right now. Many investors have taken advantage of this opportunity in the past. From what I understand, in order to receive the benefits of this, you will need to have the residential rental property in service before Dec. 31, 2008. Please check out my website and contact me for details. I have reasonable priced brand "new properties" for sale that you could purchase individually or in a package deal. They are in a GREAT, GROWING area that is not typical of rentals, so I believe they would be very desirable to long term tenants. Please contact me. fondalester@yahoo.com
