Looking for a newer condo in the westwood area. Would there be any short sales/ foreclosure for a 2 bed/2 bath that would be in the 300K-500K range?

There are 29 active lisitngs in your price range (not necessarily short sales/foreclosures) with the majority being older (built in 1960s and 70s) units on the Wilshire Corridor. If you want newer construction in that price range your best bet is to expand your search. Please contact me at 310.625.4099 or at jeff@AmalfiEstates.com for help.

There are a total of three active short sale and REO condos that meet your price/size criteria in Westwood right now, all on the Wilshire Corridor with HOA dues of over $1,300/month. Probably not what you're looking for, although I do not want to assume.

There are many Short Sale and REO ( Bank owned) properties in the Westwood Area. I live and work in Westwood with 27+ years experience in real estate and westside properties. I would be happy to help you with any questions you may have.

Presently there are 4 condo's that meet your criteria in the Westwood/Century City neighborhood. Priced between $449-499K, 2 bedrooms, two baths. All are standard sales and none of the buildings would be considered "Newer construction."

Let me know if you require further details.

Maybe not newer condos, but there are still a few 2+2 properties in that price range in Westwood. There is much less inventory than there has been in a while as demand has reached a 6 year high and many of the distress sales in the better areas have already worked themselves through the system.

You may have a better chance at a newer condo in that range in West LA than Westwood. Please contact me if you would like a list of properties or if you would like to see anything.
Thanks, Reid
