Dear Erin

I would be happy to send you a list of homes accepting lease options or seller's financing. They are rare at this time due to the market conditions but there are still a few out there.

It is important to evaluate all your options prior to entering a lease to own and make sure it is the right way for you to go especially with low financing rates at this time.

If you would like to get more detailed information please feel free to contact me.

Work with a Realtor and get a good Real Estate attorney at the same time, since this type of transaction is extremely complicated, if you want it to be binding in a legal way.
It takes an option agreement, a lease agreement, a sales contract, and a contract to bind them all together.

Start by saving 10,000 for Lease Purchase/ Option money to put down.
