Thank you for all your replies. considering the best practice 3 times of my annual salary,
I am stretching little more. I am not going to go more than 500k, my target rate will be
between 400k-500k. I am ready for 40% down payment. I would rather wait for the price
to come down if there is no room for negotiation.
Ashok, There are a few available. But I think this is still too much to ask for, at this point. Based on all your requirements, I can kind of visualize what you are looking for. You might have to go upto around $540 K. Also note that there are multiple offers comming up on the properties in this range. And offers are comming over the list prices.
