Looking for a house/dup/townhome to rent

that allows multiple dogs in the Gibsonia/Wexford area (Rt 8 and I-76). Our budget is limited to MAX $800, with $6-700 being preferred. 2/1-3/1 if possible with a fenced yard. We would be open to purchasing a home as well but again are limited in budget and time. Moving date is set for May 30/June 1. House would have to be less than $50K and we would like to be in the same area. Anyhow ;), ANY help, guidance, or suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!!!
