1201 McDuffie is a 2 story townhouse in Rivero Oaks overlooking the pool, just in case you might also be considering a townhouse.

Hope this helps.

Yes I would be a little stressed out too. When Houston was small, 50 years ago LOL you did not live in Bellaire and go to school in River Oaks. and Braeswood to R.O. . You will be in better shape for the 2 story at 200,000. Let us get you an agent fast. Now you have one in Sugarland and one in the Woodlands that don't even know how to get around in the area trying to help you and one in Dallas that does not know if her Houston office is anywhere near,

You have a computer. Go to http://www.HAR,com pull up the local MLS, it is easy to work with , put in the areas of search you want, by neighborhood or by schools. Look at some of the homes, Click on find a Agent or Realtor ( I haven't looked for one so I forget ) and find one that looks and sounds good to you.
Call that person and Happy House Hunting. It will not be easy in the area you are looking in the price range you are looking unless you are ready for some sweat equity, - Two story with a pool may be a Town house.
I am surprised Lynn did not ask you if you had your loan yet. You will need to find a mortgage broker and get preapproved first.

If you are not already working with an agent, I will be glad to send you some listing in the area you requesting. This is the time of year when everyone is looking and the nice ones go fast. You are welcome to visit my website and look at some of the homes that are out there.
