Great home, but you might like the East side of town better. Probably less traffic and less airport/aircraft noise on the other side of town.

Here are some other properties you might like better. I think you might especially like the ones on Cambridge Manor or Armstrong better.

Let me know when you will be in town if you would like to look inside any of these homes.

I live in Coppell too and my office is here as well.

Hi Kenshomi,

Here is a list of different options:

It looks like there will be a few good options in the Coppell area plus they have really good school systems as well.

Please let me know if you need any further help with your home search.

I grew up in Farmington...the cul de sac next to the sledding hill /ice skating pond and down from the city park. The only thing we used our basement for was to store stuff that we no longer used. In Texas, those things would go in the attic.

The good news is in your price range you will be able to find a home with decent square footage.

Sort out the stuff in your basement, get rid of what you don't use or won't need here, and you'll have plenty of room to store the rest.

I'd suggest Lake Highlands area - close to downtown and Richardson ISD Schools. Let me know if I can help.

Hi Kashomi. Your best avenue is to work with one Realtor (different from a Real Estate Agent) who can help you parse the information about the different areas you have interest in, help you determine whether or not properties you have interest in are fairly priced and a good buy and help you manage your home search and selection process. There are several good pros here who could be invaluable to you. Unlike some I don't offer a rebate; what I bring to the table is well worth what the typical seller will pay me to represent you. It's good to interview several Realtors and select one that you connect well with, then let that person get started helping you find the right place and the right property for you.

Relo from Oakland County Mi. Looking for a decent commute to Akard Downtown, and the best schools I can afford - 350-450k house range. The only reason I need a third car garage is i have no idea what to do with my families stuff in the basement. Seriously how do you live without a basement? Our first house in Connecticut was a 1200 sq ft ranch with a 1000sf basement.

Coppell, Richardson, or maybe Sunnyvale if I want to go rural

Pricing for a 3 car garage start at $369,000. Is this the range you were thinking? Does it have to be Coppell schools? Some areas are in Coppell, but not Coppell ISD
