Looking for a home on land contract in one of the following areas Diorite, Champion, Clarksburg, or Republic. I'm on disability and very low income. I can't get a loan so this is my only option really. I'd even be happy to rent as long as pets are allowd. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Instead of looking for such a home, . . . make an offer on a home with seller financing.
