Hi Juliet,

There are no homes right now for sale in Woodfield Downs, but 2 nice homes just came up for sale in the subdivision Fairfield Estates which is adjacent to Woodfield Downs. (See link)

Is there a reason you are set on Woodfield Downs? If you are pretty serious about that, I have friends that live in Woodfield Downs on a wooded de sac that will be selling in the near future, and I could give them a call and see what their time frame is.
