Tony R, Home Buyer in Phoenix, AZ

Looking for a buyer oriented Real Estate Agent.....

Asked by Tony R, Phoenix, AZ Wed Aug 15, 2012

My situation is a bit different than most buyers. I'm currently working overseas with my company, but would like to make some offers on homes before I come home for vacation around mid September. Most of our correspondence will be through email but I can call you when the need arises using my Skype account. I have a pre-approval letter and I'm looking to shop and make offers on homes listed on http://www.hudhomestore.com and http://www.homepath.com/ in the Maricopa County area. Let me know if you can help!

Hi Tony,
I'm quite familiar with your type of purchase and I'm happy to facilitate with skype and video. I assume you are focused on HUD and Homepath due to preference for owner occupants but depending on the type of financing you are using property condition is the key factor. The market is moving extremely rapidly so you would want to utilize a MLS portal for up to date information. Please let me know if you would like assistance.

I would happy to work with you on your home puchase and I have extensive experience working with both HUD and Fannie Mae. I have a special certification that allows me additional expertise with distressed properties.

What are the criteria that have regarding your home purchase in Phoenix? Do you have a specific location in mind? Are you considering purchasing one home or multiple homes or multi family property? Are you looking for a home that is move in ready or are you expecting renovation expenses? Are you looking for a newer home or older home? Are you planning to hold the property for a specific time period? Are you planning to move into the home or use it as an investment home?

The answers to many of these questions will direct me to an area that will be best suited to your needs, risk tolerance, personal goals, and budget. There are many factors to consider when purchasing at home and this are just some questions to get the wheels turning. I started in this business as an investor and fell in love with real estate! I have served many clients, am an investor myself and have extensive recommendations from my clients on my trulia.com profile. Feel free to email, call, or text me anytime at 480-382-9681.
