Financing versus cash purchase is also an important question, as you can imagine some of the condos in Miami have been hurt by the foeclosure situation and this has affected the ability to secure finacing in some of the buildings.
So as you can see it is important to have all of the information neccessary to give an opinion, but if I was to offer a suggestion, the closer to the beach you can afford to purchase will bring about the greatest appreciation in general.
