i started out as a real estate investor, actually working side by side with the professionals that I needed. I very much enjoyed seeing a sad property come alive. Dealing with tenants can be difficult, however, I choose to become a REALTOR(R) and specialized in investment properties. I was able to pass along my experiences to help my clients avoid the problems of managing an investment property. Most people start out by buying a duplex or a 4-family. Some will eventually move up into larger investment properties.
I provide a mini-training course, and a manual so they can review it from time to time.
I have also let them know that I am their Realtor(R) for life. They can call me anytime and I will help guide them to the proper resources, or answer a simple questions.
