These are wonderful conod communities, East Park is probably closer for walking to restaurants, shops & Starbucks, etc. Royal Court would have a better Charlotte Skyline view depending on which side of the building you purchase on.

Please call me so we can discuss your options further.

I have lived in Dilworth for the past year and love it, it is soc lose to everything and especially Freedom Park for walking, running or just hanging out. Lots of coo events there during the year. I am moving very close by only because I am getting married. I will be listing my beautiful condo (sad to see the bachelorette pad go) this week, 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, everything completely renovated and new. Let me know if you are interested. The complex is called Dilworth Heights.

Great location! Beautiful neighborhoods and close to all Charlotte has to offer. Also offers easy access to interstates and the airport.

Kmartin,

A big shout out to my fellow Buckeye! Both those areas are close to town and have a lot to offer. I sold a Royal Court condo last year and the building is very well done and my client is very happy. Give me a a call or send me an email anytime and I will be glad to help.

Kmartin,
These are great areas! The southend/Dilworth area is very rich in culture and things to do. This is really a place to live if you enjoy the lifestyle of walking out of your house and having stuff to do.

Call text or email me directly as I'd love to help you buy a place and I love negotiating prices! My services don't cost you anything extra in a transaction as a buyer!

They are both in Dilworth and that is a great area. Royal Court is a new building so everything is still "shiny". But it is not as walkable as East Park Ave. The light rail is right there, and lots of bars and restaurants. Both are nice... just different.
