First Time Home Buyers in Montgomery County can Have Down Payment Assistance from the HOC program. This is basically a combo FHA and Hoc financing.

Hello S, Your starting out in the correct direction. You need an approved lender not a broker. When searching for a lender make sure you find one that has experience with dealing with FHA loans. I use 1st Mariner but I would recommend interviewing a couple of lenders. The bigger banks are stable but be carefull of the smaller banks. What a great time to buy and congrats on understanding the importance in finding a great lender.
