I am looking to buy house in collegeville and phoenixville. I have low credit score and i would like to see if any seller financing willing to work out with me. Or i can rent to own or lease options. I am looking for house about 3200 sq ft, or above, price about 1750-2200 per month. I will deposit 3 month ahead ( about 5K to 7K). Hi Pham. As I think you already may know, it will be difficult, if not nearly impossible, to purchase a home with a low credit score today. However, there certainly MAY be a situation where a seller would be agreeable to a lease or lease purchase option.
