With 5K down, and 800/mth looking to purchase at agreed upon amount, set today, in 2 years. This would be an ideal situation for foreclosures,and motivated sellers who could use this type of sell option to bring in immediate cash, and an additional $800.00 for the next 2 years.Properties similar to the one on 3658 Van Dale in Deltona is ideal.
