Looking for Lot loan and construction loan. Where to go? Many of the lenders I have contacted told me they only do conventional loans.

Hi Tim,

Go to: http://www.scotsmanguide.com/default.asp?ID=1222 (construction lenders)
Click on what you are trying to accomplish and then hit "search".
At the very least this will be an additional resource that may provide additional vendor options.

Have you tried US Bank?

Also, if you are building I Laguna Beach, I have an associate that works for the building department.

I would try the big banks...bank of america, wells fargo, chase, etc. Good luck.

Well, that is a conventional loan. You want to be asking for a "Construction to Perm" loan (permanent), please contact Ryan Gale at JMJ Financial, he has a lot of creative financing & private investors to work with. RGale@JMJFinancial or 714-401-7282 cell

Shoot me an email directly if you'd like to talk some more about it, I don't look back on this same Trulia posting for answers after mine.
