Merano at the Colony is an upscale coach home development in the prestigious community of The Colony. Merano has its own swimming pool and party center and the units are gorgeous. Many people HAD to sell and blew the market, selling units for as much as $200,000 less than their original purchase price. Those of us who are still on the market have lowered our prices considerably and now have to wait for the market to return.
