I assume you are looking at the Astor model at Gateway at Carteret. If fully upgraded, I would say it is a good deal. I would try to negotiate a little more with the builder though. I think what Kaplan is doing by building up areas that were considered less than desireable is great, but you have to hope for resale that the area becomes desireable.
