zone heat, cac, 2 car garage, granite counter tops, stainless steel appl.) 1acre property. Asking price 360,000. What should my offer be in these economic times.

Hi,
My best suggestion would be to have your realtor do comparable comps for you. Homes that are like the one you want to write an offer on that has sold in the past 3-6 months. This will give you an idea of what your first offer should be.
