The first thing you need to do is to get your financing in order. Contact a loan officer of your choice and get pre-approved for a loan. With this information you can contact an agent who can help you find a home that meets your budget and needs. That agent can send you listings everyday for your consideration. When you find a home you are interested in the agent can show it to you and answer any questions you may have. Finally when you select a home the agent will help you prepare your offer and assist you all the way to closing your home.

Mortgage 1st Realty, Inc.
Congratulations on your decision to purchase a home.. This is an Excellent time to buy! I'd love the opportunity to help.
Hope to hear from you soon, so we can start your house hunting!
You must connect with an experienced area Realtor, to whom you can explain what it is that you need in a home, what type, how many bed and baths, garage?
You also should as your very first step connect (and your trusted REaltor will be able to help and assist you there) with a good local loan officer and good mortgage company, so that from the very
start you can find exactly how much money you can borrow, and what information they need to determine that amount (income, other obligations like car payments etc. ;and then based on the
taxes, monthly assessments etc. the lender will be able to tell you with how much down payment how much you can borrow, that way you will not be looking at properties you may like but cannot afford....
The Realtor then will guide you through the entire process, searching and finding homes, arrange showings, advise you on the good the bad and the ugly whilst taking into consideration your needs.
The services of an experienced Buyers Agent, i.e. a Realtor who works on behalf of that particular buyer, in that buyers best interest, he or she will be that buyers designated agent, and Buyers agents get paid from the seller's side at the closing from the seller's proceeds....
Do NOT do this alone, if you need a recommendation let us know, and give us some towns you
are thinking about so that we recommend the right Realtor to you.
Good Luck to you!
