I lived there for three years and had very bad experiences. The building manager, Ricqy Cruz of Tudor Realty did not make any necessary repairs in my apt. People in the offices of Tudor were very arrogant, uneducated and unproffessional. Bedbug infestation went untreated, incinerator rooms always piled up with overflowing garbage. There is one sponsor/investor who owns over 50% of the apts that he rents out.
People in the Cambridge do not follow the rules and regulations such as sublease and number of tenants per apt. When you try to sell your apt the board refuses the applicant if they do not meet "requirements".
Maintenance went up every year and they did not provide services.
