Is there any problem with area at BAYVIEW LN in Princes Bay, Staten Island, there are 4 beautiful houses at very attractive prices and the only trend I see that prices going down. I heard that there were some criminal activities and last time I were passing by (it was around 2 PM) when it was snow in Staten Island, snow at BAYVIEW LN were present and I know people who live there paying $150 per 3 month to remove it.

PRICE will always go DOWN, when we have LARGE inventory for GIVEN area. So, just USE the moment and PICK right HOME for your family . Thanks for asking. IRINA 646-325-5504

I just showed all four houses on Bayview Lane. I see nothing wrong with Bayview Lane. One seller is moving to a bigger house, another is downsizing, another is just moving and another has just been renovated. Call me if you have any additional questions. Gene 917-841-6707

Bayview Lane is a great block and area. There are some very expensive homes for sale that are over a million dollars. No need to worry about the crime rate as it is low. You can go online and check the stats of any area. It's a very desirable area as well. If you have any questions, feel free to call.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
