That, I'm sorry to say is something no agent should answer for you. That would be discrimination. The best thing you can do is come look for youself, have an agent go with you. I would also suggest once you find homes that you're interested in, call the police, check with neighbors of those home and just talk to people in Beloit. I would not buy anything on wisconsin I rented on wisconsin about 1 year ago, there is a strip club and it runs though the "hood" Bluff may not be so bad but not the best either you should really come check it out if possible.
