Lease Purchase in Downtown Otown
I am looking for a condo in the 32801 zip code and have a hard time getting responses from owners. I'd much rather do a lease-purchase than renew my lease next month. I'm hoping to find a 2/2, and like the Metrpolitan @Lk. Eola. However, I'm unsure how to estimate cost. My credit isn't fantastic, I'm concerned about what I may need for a down payment or deposit and how I might qualify for a mortage. Any help is appreciated!!
