Are there currently any 3 /1.5 homes in Saint Johns, MI UNDER $110,000.00 available on lease purchase/land contract or rent to own? If you know of any, please let me know! THANKS! :) Also, does anyone know-if a house is being sold as a short sale, is there any way to negotiate a lease purchase on it?

We signed a rental agreement with another party on Friday. That probably explains why our realtor didn't get back to you. I'm sorry about that. Good luck on your search.

Kim,

You may want to contact my realtor soon. I have a person who is interested in renting the property. I would rather sell or rent with option to buy than just plain rent it out but I won't be able to hold off the potential renters for long. Thanks.

Hi Kim,

We currrently have a 4 bd/2 ba home for sale in St. Johns. It is within city limits but sits on an acre of property. The home is within a mile of an elementary, middle, and high school. We have it listed for $109,900 but that is negotiable. We would entertain a lease with option to buy offer. You can view the property here: http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/Stjohns_MI_…
If you are interested, please contact my realtor. Thanks for your interest.

good morning kim......negotiating a lease with the current lender on a home with a defaulted mortgage isn't going to happen....the only possiblity would be if the note holder is a private in which case it might work.......i have done low and higher risk home financing for over 14 years....perhaps you can qualify for a mortgage.......perhaps not, but i would be glad to discuss with you..i tend to step outside the box and look at all possiblilities when trying to qualify a borrower.......bob mcclure- success mortgage partners plymouth, michigan....
