Presently there are 6 properties being marketing in Slocum Woods of which 1 is a foreclosure.

FIRST ANSWER
Hi!
Your best bet would be to contact a realtor. They have access to everything that is currently on the market in your town, what has sold, and more importantly how long these homes have been for sale. A realtor can do a CMA based on your criteria, which will give you the information you are looking for.
