Owner finance are really hard to find, they also usually require 10 to 20 percent down. And you still have to close with a title company, so you will have closing cost. Good Luck!

Trulia does not have rentals or rent to own. You may want to try your local craigslist or a local Realtor can assist you with this type of properties.
