I searched the Ocean MLS and could not find active, under contract, or closed information for either of those 2 addresses. However, I searched the tax records and found that 726 closed in 10/06 for $380,000. No information for 718, though. Sorry.

If you don't have a realtor friend that can help you get that information, stop by and ask the neighbors. Neighbors are always a good source of information about the neighborhood. As a Realtor I ask, and I encourage my prospective clients to ask the neighbors about the neighborhood.
