I've lived in Magnolia all of my life. Stratford is a mile away. Both towns are quiet, safe neighborhoods. Some areas of Stratford are better than others, however. In my opinion, the side of Stratfor closer to Gloucester Twp and Laurel Springs is the more desirable part. My favorite part of Stratford is the four or five blocks surrounding the Stratford Little Leage field. I personally wouldn't favor living in Stratford near the White Horse Pike, but that's just my opinion. Quiet, middle class town.
