That is a great question! Thanks for asking it! It sounds like You are very familiar with the Kentlands community. Kentlands is comprised of quite a few builders, some who are still around building & others who are not. Regarding condos, I would suggest that You look at the "2 over 2's" which are the townhouse style condos. They are larger than most of the garden condos & they are in great locations in the Kentlands as opposed to some of the garden condos that are more on the outskirts so you do not easily get all of the benefits of the Kentlands as if You were closer in. Regarding the townhouses, if You are referring to which builder, I would highly suggest purchasing a Mitchell & Best Home. They are a small local builder who has been in our area for quite sometime & they have built quality & award winning homes throughout their entire existence. They are only in select communities & their homes are wonderful. If You are inquiring about location, whether the hill district. lakelands (still really part of Kentlands), Kentlands Upper, Midtown, Gatehouse or some of the others, the answer would really be a preference. If You want the benefit of being in the middle of everything, they certainly Kentlands or Kentlands midtown & even possibly part of the lakelands. If not, then it is more about where You find the home that you like the most & are comfortable with the price. Charles, as you know Kentland is a great subdivision with easy access to Shopping, Restaurants, Movie Theater, Gym, and more! Is very difficult to say which condos are better than other, because each lifestyle and personal preferences are different. However, Bozzuto Condos at Chevy Chase Street are typical condominiums. If you like Town House style, than 3 level condos at Bucksfield would meet your needs, but if you don’t like stairs, you may want to look at the Colonnade which are the most updated condos in Kentland.
