June redux of Woodside / Portola Valley housing crash in '09?

Now that we are six months in, how many houses have sold in Woodside and Portola Valley in 2009? What about sales price vs. asking price, days on market, and overall volume? Any analyses will be appreciated --Thanks!

FIRST ANSWER

In the last six months according to the mls 32 single family homes have sold in Woodside and Portola. 1st quarter of the year received 94.5% of final list price. From December through May average days on market was120.
