Item 25: Additional terms and conditions: If the seller writes "Co-broker agent is related to seller". What does this mean for DE? Should the buyer agree for this and sign this addendum?

Debbie Rose said it nicely. Your just disclosing to a buyer that the agent is related, no harm done.

I am not in DE, but in my opinion, this is just a disclosure that there is a relationship between the agent and the seller. In NJ, we have to disclose this, too.

It's not something you are "agreeing to". It is just something that has been disclosed to you, so that you are aware of it.
I see you have asked another question on Trulia regarding this sale.........
Why not ask your agent to sit down and explain the terms of the contract to you .........it's part of his or her job.
