That is a great question and as LaVae states below, they are billed together but separate. The fee covers all the wonderful things you have available to you in The Villages and is relatively considered a low fee for all that is offered to you.
Please let me know how I can assist you. I am a Licensed Realtor, representing Buyers as a Buyers Consultant. I am the deal maker, finding you a great buy and negotiating on your behalf. As a MLS Realtor, we can share all the listed and unlisted property with you. I also sell foreclosures and distressed properties if they are a great buy, I will share them with you. Timing is everything. When do you plan on coming to The Villages? Are you looking to move her full time or for an investment property to be used in the future. Please feel free to view my website http://www.fl-retirementcommunities.com to see everything that is listed in MLS!
We look forward to assisting you in finding a great buy!

Hi Joan and Len, Thanks for your interest in The Villages. Answering your question first, the water and sewer is collected WITH the amenities fee but is NOT part of the $135.00 amenity fee. Your usage is added to that amount and collected monthly.

I love The Villages and that is why I'm still selling real estate. My husband and I came down to retire, but I have incorporated selling real estate with my pickleball, swimming, and golf schedules so that I can do it all. When are you planning to relocate? Will you be part timer (snow birds) or full timers (frogs), here til you croak!! Let me know how I might help. As a Realtor I'm not permitted to show or sell any properties that The Villages real estate firm represents. The agents for The Villages are licensed in the state of Florida, but do not have to practice the same "Code of Ethics" Realtors do. Primarily they work for the developer. This doesn't make them bad, just it is good to approach their inventory with that in mind. I have a hand out I could e-mail to you that discusses new versing previously owned. It also discusses the bonds and maintenance fee. If you'd like me to e-mail you one, please let me know. And, if you would like me to stream line a search that mets just the criteria you are looking for I would be happy to do so. This search reviews your "wants" and then whenever a listing with your criteria is available it e-mail your special web site. Naturally the more general terms you desire the more properties it will send. Just let me know. And thank you for your quesiton. Hope I answered it to your satisfaction. Lavae Dierker, 352-305-3473
