As a former property inspector, I know the houses in my neighborhood and surrounding subdivisions extremely well. I have intimate knowledge common issues, defects and materials used during construction. I also know which neighborhoods have experienced more issues, material recalls, roof defects, etc.

Yes Pete. This is very valuable information that home buyers want to know. Buyers love to be in the know. They love to have that extra edge, if you will, on information. I don't care what market we have, you give a buyer information that no one else may know, that buyer will love it.
