As Realtors, how often do you follow up on leads through this Site?

It is important for an agent to stay engaged with the market, and this is a great forum.
There is a lot of competition for the real estate consumer's attention online. Trulia does get a lot of traffic.
We post all our listings on Trulia as well as several other websites. Trulia should certainly not be the only marketing an agent does but it should be part of a comprehensive marketing plan.
If I get a lead, I follow up on it.

According to the National Association of Realtors 29% of buyers first learned about the home they ended up purchasing from the internet. So, any exposure on the internet is beneficial.
As far as your question regarding follow up, I follow up with any leads I get no matter where they are from.
Any exposure you have market a property great venue. Good realtors immediately follow up on leads per our contractual listing agreements.

Trulia is one piece in a comprehensive approach toward marketing properties. The statistics I see related to consumers viewing my listings at Trulia are significant. I won't go so far as to say that because I list my properties at Trulia I am selling them more quickly. But I will say that Trulia enhances the visibility of both me and my listings to a savvy element of the consuming public. As a result both I and my listings are syndicated to a vaster pool of online homeseekers (roughly 8 of 10 home seekers initiate their searches online). I am glad to have Trulia as an additional option to realtor.com, tommccarey.com, elegantchicagohomes.com, therealestateloungechicago.com, atproperties.com, tribune.com, etc.
