The house at 2821 Cherry Lane began at $675,000 in June of 2009 and underwent a series of price reductions before it was taken off the market at its final list price of $549,000. Currently there are 43 homes for sale in Northbrook in the $500,000-$600,000 range. The vast majority of them have 4 or 5 bedrooms. Are you targeting a particular area of Northbrook? As you may or may not know, there are several different K-8 school districts within Northbrook; most of them feed into Glenbrook High School, although certain areas feed into Glenbrook South H. S. and New Trier H.S. Do you have a preference regarding school? Let me know if you'd like to receive email listings of houses that fit your criteria.

No it is not, it was removed from the market few days ago. If you still have any interest in the house please let me know.

The home has been taken off the market and will probably be relisted shortly. The home was on the market for 415 days and started out at $675,000

It has been pulled off the market on July 20th. Quite possibly it will be re-listed later this month. You can also check the most current list of bank owned homes in this area at the link below
