You can look up the property on any real estate dot com site and see if the home comes up for sale or for lease. If you're still not sure, you can jot down the MLS# (ior address) and ask an agent to look it up in their MLS (the real deal, not dot com stuff). Keep in mind that not all properties are put in the MLS. This is more common with rentals where some may be handled by a property management company or an individual.

Some homes may be listed in the MLS for sale and for lease. Most sellers would rather sell, but may be tiring of it being on the market and/or anxious to keep the mortgage current so they will consider a good tenant to lease it. If the property is listed in the MLS, it will most likely have remarks/comments that it's for lease (rent) too and/or listed under a separate MLS# for lease. It never hurts to ask an agent if a property that's for sale is also for lease and vice versa.

I am unable to see what address you're asking about. Can you send me a link or address to check for you?
