Is this home on Southland Dr Glen Cove for sale? Are there homes for sale on this street with a water view ?

Hi Freda,
I'm not sure which home you are referring to. However, the last home on Southland to sell was just last week - a split level home that was on the market for a long time and sold on October 24 for $730,000. At this time, I don't see any other homes that are currently for sale on this street.
